Hotel pickup: transfer available only for hotels in Rio's South Zone (Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema and Leblon). The time you choose when booking is the hotel pickup time: morning between 8:30am and 9am or afternoon between 1:30pm and 2pm.

Free cancellation: for a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the experience.

• Tours run even in the rain, but you can cancel or change the date free of charge if you ask at least 24 hours in advance.
• Although the rule is 24 hours, if by 6pm the day before you see the weather won't be good and want to cancel or reschedule, we accept it without problem.
• If people traveling with you booked separately, let us know at least 24 hours in advance by email or WhatsApp so we can put everyone on the same transport.
• Travel time may be affected by traffic.
